Winslow Village is a garden style complex in the beautiful seaside community of Marshfield. Our complex contains seven two-story buildings.

The grounds are nicely landscaped with walkways, gardens and outside sitting areas joining the properties. Winslow Village’s studio and one-bedroom units are spacious and well maintained. Both Winslow I and II have recreation rooms where activities and meetings are held. Residents can also reserve these rooms for private use. 

Winslow Village offers housing for individuals and couples looking for safe, clean and independent living. The GATRA Bus line offers transportation to surrounding towns and The Marshfield Council on Aging offers a variety of activities and services for elder residents living in the Town of Marshfield.

Winslow Village One is more than just an apartment complex – it's a neighborhood, and any good neighborhood comes with amenities for the locals. When we built Winslow Village, we remembered people thrive in community settings.

Monthly tenant meetings are held in the community room and periodically groups of tenants meet for afternoon tea & cookies. A TV, computer and public wifi hotspot are available for tenant use. Tenants can reserve the room for a special occasion by notifying the office.

A screened in patio is available for tenants to enjoy viewing the garden area. Raised bed gardens are available in the fenced in area.

Coin operated laundry facilities for the property are located in building 1 for the use of all tenants. For those wishing to send out their laundry there are a couple of local commercial establishments that offer pickup services.
